At Dream Super Mall, we want our customers to shop with confidence. This Returns & Refund Policy explains your rights and our obligations in accordance with UK consumer law.

  1. 30-Day Return Policy (Change of Mind)

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in original packaging where possible
  • Proof of purchase is required

This applies to most products unless stated otherwise.

  • Reason for return (optional but helpful)

We will provide return instructions once your request is approved.

  1. Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect
  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service
  • Dream Super Mall is not responsible for items lost during return shipping
  1. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days
  • Delivery charges are refunded only where required by UK law
  1. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund if your item is:

  • Faulty
  • Damaged
  • Not as described
  • Incorrectly supplied

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide photos where possible. We will cover return shipping costs for such items.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Personal care or hygiene products (if opened)
  • Perishable goods
  • Items customised or made to order
  • Digital products once downloaded

This does not affect your statutory rights.

  1. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

  1. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank or payment provider first
  • Contact your card issuer (processing times vary)
  • Contact us if the issue persists
  1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting us immediately. Once dispatched, standard return procedures apply.

  1. Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under UK law. Dream Super Mall extends this period to 30 days for your convenience.

  1. Abuse of Returns

We reserve the right to refuse returns where there is evidence of misuse or excessive return behaviour, in line with UK consumer protection regulations.
